What if I need to cancel my booking?
We understand that sometimes situations arise that force you to reschedule or cancel your retreat. In the event that this occurs, we are happy to transfer your payment to another retreat of the same value within a 12-month window.
If you wish to cancel outright and you do so more than 60 days before the first day of the original retreat booking, we will provide you with a full refund minus a $200 dollar administration and bank charges fee. In the event that you cancel your retreat less than 60 days and more than 30 days before the first day of the original retreat booking, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the total cost.
If you cancel your booking less than 30 days before the first day of the original retreat booking we cannot refund your money. This is because we are unable to recoup the cost by booking another participant in your place. We cannot refund any part of the payment after you have started the retreat.
We strongly recommend taking out travel insurance with cancelation cover before your trip. These policies cover out of pocket expenses that occur as a result of having to cancel your trip.
